The idea behind sustainable purchasing is simple. When you buy a good or a service, you take time to consider both its economic value (price, quality, availability and functionality), and its environmental and social impact - at local, regional, and global levels. You then use your purchasing power to buy those goods or services that have a high economic value and a positive environmental impact.
This introductory seminar will share both information and inspiration to help participants apply sustainable purchasing to their business operations.
