Kevin McLeod spent the early part of his career working in operations and regional management for small and medium-sized companies in BC's fishing and home renovations industries.  In late 2006, Kevin changed gears and started Yardstick Services which provided a range of consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses.  Through this work, it became evident to Kevin that the web design industry did not serve small business people very well and ultimately created a lot of pain and frustration.  As such, Kevin decided to strategically focus Yardstick Services and designed a unique business model to deliver web development and web marketing services specifically for small businesses.  Today Yardstick employs a team of three who help small businesses all over the Lower Mainland generate leads through various online tactics.
