The Business

Based in Smithers, BC, Northern Waffl-Inge is a Belgian waffle vendor that travels to fairs and other special outdoor events throughout BC serving the famous Belgian treat. 

Northern Waffl-Inge received an award for Best Food Vendor at the 2010 Prince George Exhibition.

The Founder

Originally from Belgium, Northern Waffl-Inge owner Inge Tersago always wanted to start her own business in the food industry.  A lover of the original Brussel waffles, Inge found that there was a serious lack for waffle vendors and food vendors in general in Canada.  She very much enjoys the lifestyle of traveling and sharing her favourite waffles with people at fairs and events in BC.
